Your quote covers the parts of DojoBeacon you use, the onboarding that gets your venue set up — understanding your workflow, organising the platform around it, and getting your team ready — and ongoing support shaped around academies and gyms. The support arrangements included with your service are set out plainly before you sign, and the website options for your venue are confirmed in your demo. If anything is not included, it is said in the open, in the quote.
